BOOKING CONDITIONS

The contractual relationship is established between the lessor and the client on the basis of the accommodation contract by the client's "confirmation of reservation" and payment of a 30% deposit for the accommodation to the lessor's account. The client selects an accommodation date in the inquiry calendar, fills in the necessary information (name and surname, contact information and number of persons and, if necessary, another note) and sends the inquiry to the landlord. Based on the selected date, the lessor will send the final price calculation ("offer") to the client by email in written form incl. all accommodation fees and other information. A written confirmation from the client and subsequent payment of a deposit of 30% within 5 days in the given amount is required to reserve accommodation on the given date. The additional payment for the accommodation price must be paid to the lessor's account no later than 7 days before the start of the stay. If the client does not pay the additional price for accommodation on time, the lessor has the right to offer this date to another client without the right to return the deposit already paid.

Cancellation fees:

• cancellation of the reservation more than 30 days before arrival - 25% of the price of the stay

• cancellation of reservation 8 - 30 days before arrival - 50% of the price of the stay

• cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before arrival - 100% of the price of the stay
